Holiday & Community Support

Every year the Blue Bear Foundation runs seasonal drives that put candy in care packages for deployed service members and toys under the tree for children and families who need them. Here is what those years have looked like.

Annual Candy Drive for the Troops

Halloween candy, packed up and sent to service members.

Each fall the Foundation collects leftover Halloween candy from the community and ships it to deployed troops, with collection boxes hosted at our offices and at partner events.

Christmas Toy Drive

Seven years of making sure children wake up to something.

The Foundation's longest-running seasonal campaign collects new toys each November and December, then delivers them to families and partner organizations before the holidays.

Where the donations go

Delivered to partners doing the work every day.

Collected toys are handed directly to local organizations serving children and families, and the Foundation shows up at community events to connect people with resources year-round.
